A Buddhist Response to Coronavirus (Covid-19)

The current crisis of Coronavirus (Covid-19) has changed our lives significantly in the last few weeks and brought a lot of fear and anxiety. However, although we may be living in uncertain and somewhat scary times, we have a choice in what we focus on.

The Buddha taught that our mind is the root of all happiness and joy; our perspective is what matters most. In this video, I explore how the Buddha’s teachings can protect our mind so that we can become a source of great calm, compassion and wisdom.
