In August last year I was invited to be part of a panel of mindfulness experts discussing the topic of mindfulness and intention. The event was organized by The Chopra Well and hosted by Mallika Chopra (daughter of the well-known spiritual teacher, Deepak Chopra). The panel was conducted via Google+ Hangouts.
Although I don’t consider myself an expert in mindfulness, I really enjoyed having the opportunity to express some important points about mindfulness, and especially how it fits in relation to my own practice in Buddhism.
In the next couple of videos for my Enthusiastic Buddhist YouTube channel, I will be looking more closely at how, according to Buddhist philosophy, mindfulness plays such a key role on one’s spiritual path and how it inevitably results in achieving greater happiness.
